Happy Birthday John

John reached a milestone today. A half a centuary old!!!! This picture was taken today. Tall, dark and handsome and hardly a grey hair. Happy 50th Birthday John. We all wish you many more.

Zoë's Visit

Zoë visited me today and we played hard. I helped her make a Jan Ellis (Malva) Pudding and then after lunch she sampled it before sharing. Her mother did not notice her jumping on the bed!!!!

Port St Johns

I was a little naughty today and purchased some seafood which I had for lunch. I am at port St Johns and will move further North tomorrow.

I left PE this morning and am at Cintsa East for the night. Tomorrow head for ? Port St. Johns.

Bathurst

I visited a little agricultural town 15 km inland from Port Alfred. The main produce is pineapples. This is the largest man made pineapple in the world. (Australia has the 2nd largest.)

My Dad's Ship

My Dad always said he would be rich when his ship comes in. It was laden with treasures.

Well he died poor and I think this was his ship. I found it at Cannon Rocks between PE and Port Alfred. I have not researched it yet but I think it is the "Volo".

Tsitsikamma Canopy Tour

I went for a little drive on Saturday and ended up staying over at Tsitsikamma for the night. I did a canopy tour on Sunday morning. It consisted of 10 "foofie" slides acoss a gorge.

Seal Point Revisited

I visited the Lighthouse at Cape St. Francis. The ultimate for me is getting to the top.
